Rates details: A US $25 administrative fee will be charged for all changes to your reservation. Including cancellations, changed to arrival dates and room(s) changes.
If your reservation is cancelled less than one week (7 days) before your arrival date, you will be charged for you entire stay. If your reservation fall on a Holiday or the date of a special event and you cancel less than thirty (30 days) before your arrival date, you will be charged for your entire stay.

Owners Dinah and Rich Laurich share the beauty and peace of their home with guests. They offer a full southern breakfast and other amenities including central heat and air, fireplaces, modern plumbing, porches and ample parking. Smoking is permitted on porches and grounds.
Within easy driving distance are many South Louisiana attractions and diversions including several antebellum mansions, Cajun food, fine dining, Cajun music and dancing, as well as outlet mall shopping. Or savor the setting and enjoy a stroll along the levee. Bay Tree is one hour north of New Orleans and one hour south of Baton Rouge.
