Beaverdell is a small quaint community in the Okanagan Highlands about an hour south-east of Kelowna BC. Surrounded by lush evergreen forests with many clear lakes and streams, Beaverdell is an ideal point from which to explore and enjoy the area's natural splendor!
Formerly a silver mining town and major station on the Kettle Valley Railway, Beaverdell is now ideally situated to serve cyclists and other recreational users of the K.V.R. section of the Trans Canada Trail. Cyclists from all over the world enjoy the gradual inclines of the former rail grade as it traverses the Okanagan Highlands and passes through the Myra Canyon with its tunnels, trestles and fabulous views of the Okanagan Valley below.
Enjoy the all-season recreation and sight-seeing opportunities of the Okanagan Valley and surrounding high country skiing, motorsports, fishing and hunting areas without the crowds and high prices. Small town southern hospitality awaits!
We have 5 fully self-contained cabins of various sizes with kitchens and all basic amenities other than in-room telephones. We are located just off Highway 33 in beautiful downtown Beaverdell. If you're tired of the "same old, same old" in vacation destinations, try us for something completely different! Personalized tours and outfitting as needed are always available.
