Great for 2/4 people, the Gothic Suites are 5 beautiful 1 bedroom apartments located in the heart of the BCN's gothic quarters.
Each apartment has been newly refurbished and decorated with all new furnishings. Litteraly everything new!!! The Gothic Suites are 5 apartments situated in the same building. Each suite has been uniqely decorted but all have the same design and configuration consisting of one bedroom (having eithier 2 sinlge beds or 1 double bed), american style kithchen, bathroom w/shower, and large living/dining area with dining table and chairs for 4 people and sofa bed for 2 people. All the apartments are fully equipped with air conditioning, balconies w/glass doors(lots of light!), cooking and eating utensils, TV, and bedlinens and towels.
LOCATION:
The Gothic Suites are located in the centre of the Barrio Gothic quarters (old city). or the main turist area in Barcelona. Las Ramblas, Placa Reial, Picasso museum, El borne, and the Port are all with in 15 min. walk from our front door. This area is also full of restaraunts, shops and cafes.

PLEASE NOTE: 200 euro SECURITY DEPOSIT required (100% refundable at CHECK OUT.)There is a one time 35 euro cleaning fee. (This 35 euro cleaning fee is to pay to have the apartment cleaned after your stay.)

If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11:00 am check out time, luggage can be stored at the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.
IMPORTANT: Please give us a quick call when you arrive in Barcelona to arrange CHECK IN TIME. The remaining balance, deposit, and cleaning fee are due in CASH ON ARRIVAL.

Take the AEROBUS to Placa Catalunya. Then walk to the bus stop on the street VIA LAIETANA. Take any bus (17,19,40,45)and exit at the 3rd stop near CORREOS the main postal office in Barcelona. Walk DOWN Via Laietana 20 meters, go right on ANGEL BAIXERAS, here you will see the large correos building. The small street GIGNAS is at the corner. Walk 50 meters down Gignas and go right on REGOMIR. The apartment building is 15 meters from Gignas on the right side.
FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION: (Taxi aprox. 10 euros)
Take the GREEN L-3 METRO to the station CATALUNYA.Then walk to the bus stop on the street VIA LAIETANA. The small street GIGNAS is at the corner. Walk 50 meters down Gignas and go right on REGOMIR. The apartment building is 15 meters from Gignas on the right side.
