Property description

Our modern contemporary townhouse has three bedrooms,the master bedroom en-suite and main bathroom. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room the kitchen looks out over the golf course. There is an open fire and cable t.v.in the living room. It is equipped to 4*Bord Failte Standards.

In the kitchen all pot ��s , pan ��s and cutlery are provided The Dining area has a large table with seating for six people. The house has electric central heating.

Area Description
The houses are set on a headland on the golf course which overlooks the ocean and there are wonderful views of the Hook lighthouse and the bay. The quaint fishing village and beach of Dunmore East is a five minute walk. Golfers can get reduced fees at the golf course, which also has a bar a restaurant and is 50 yards from the house. There are two parts to the village, the Strand and the Harbour. There are nice restaurants and pubs in the village which serve lunch and dinner. There is also a very nice cafe which serves breakfast and lunch.

Within easy reach of Tramore, Passage East, Hook Head and the Comeragh Mountains.

Dunmore East Golf Club overlooks the village of Dunmore East, with panoramic views of the village, and bay, the Hook Peninsula and Waterford Harbour Estuary. This course promised to offer you idyllic surroundings, fresh clean sea air, combined with stimulating and challenging golf for both the high and low handicap golfer.

Waterford & Dunmore East Sea Safari
The safaris are run using a ten meter RIB fully insured and licensed by the Department of the Marine. All twelve passengers are provided with lifejackets and waterproof clothing.

Dunmore East Adventure Centre
It is renowned for its idyllic sailing & watersports conditions, as well as being a popular holiday resort. The Adventure Centre provides land & water-based outdoor activities for both the complete beginner and the practiced expert.

The festival is held at the end of july every year.

Waterford Light Opera Festival: Competitive festival for amateur musical societies ogranised over 12 nights at Theatre Royal, Waterford.
