Upmarket self catering 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment in Mouille Point overlooking the sea with garage in a security complex.
It is situated on South Africa's sought-after platinum Mile on the Atlantic Sea Board, with unbelievable views of Robben Island and the sea. (Less than a mile from the V&A Waterfront.) Here you get the best of both worlds - the close proximity to the V&A Waterfront and the additional benefit of of gorgeous panoramic sea views. (I would recommend you bring your binoculars to watch the ships in the bay etc.)
It is newly renovated and has granite counter tops in designer kitchen and marble vanities in both bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower and the en-suite bathroom has its own shower. It also has a heated towel rail and there are shaving plugs in both the bathrooms.
Has lovely walk-in closets (cupboards) in both the main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with plenty of packing space. The apartment is fully equipped and also has a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher and built in oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, TV in lounge & main bedroom and a prepaid phone. It is a fully furnished, self-catering apartment with all the appliances, crockery, cutlery and linen etc.
The (a) main bedroom; (b) 2nd bedroom; (c) sitting room/lounge; and kitchen all face the sea and Robben Island with really wonderful views.
The lounge opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea and Robben Island - really has magnificent views. There is also a swimming pool in the complex. In the reception area is an Internet terminal for guests which is charged per usage.
During our springtime you may be fortunate enough to view the whales during the calving season or sight the dolphins and seal that surf the waves. The apartment is centrally situated and close to many of Cape Town's world famous heritage sites.
The V&A Waterfront is approx 1.5km (just under a mile) away with its various restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, cinema, tours etc. There is also a public bus stop to the V&A Waterfront right outside your door.
However, I would definitely recommend a car, as there is so much to do and see while in Cape Town. You could take the bus to the V&A Waterfront where you could go on various tours.

If you need assistance with airport transfers or car hire while in Cape Town, I can put you in touch with a gentleman that we use on a regular bases. If you rent through him he will organize a free shuttle from the airport to the apartment for you, where your car will be waiting for you on arrival. Just let me know if you are interested.
