A third bedroom has two single beds with en-suite shower/toilet. A spacious living room and dining area leads onto the wide covered balcony with outdoor furniture, including a CADAC gas BBQ, through folding sliding doors. The unit is equipped with TV, DStv (bring own smart card), VCR/DVD.
There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen and the adjoining scullery has a dish washer, tumble dryer and washing machine. A fourth bedroom leads off behind the kitchen and has one single bed and en suite shower/toilet. This bedroom also has a separate outside entrance. One other single bed is situated in the study off the living room area. Linen, towels and pool/beach towels supplied. The apartment can sleep 8 persons and there are 3 undercover parking bays for vehicles.
It is situated in a secure complex which also boasts a communal swimming pool and club house area. The walk onto the beach via a locked access gate from the complex should take you under 5 minutes.
