Our romantic and charming 3-level French farm house, built in 1860, is located right in the center of Paris, making it a perfect home away from home. Its 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are ideal for larger groups, family and friends who want to celebrate a family reunion or enjoy a special trip with friends. It is the perfect vacation rental home in Paris.
The exterior façade is as ordinary as a 1920 brick building can be, nestled discreetly within the community, but that's where the understatement ends. Come inside, and you will be pleasantly surprised as you enter the spacious living room, which you will find that its layout impeccably resembles an eclectic art gallery.
Renovations were completed in 2001 and accented stylish furniture airing an unpretentious feel. The cozy, Provencal charm is captured with the surrounding stoned walls, keeping the rooms cool during the summer and warm during the cooler months. Bathrooms and the kitchen are designed with upgraded amenities. Rooms have large storage spaces and are accented with comfortable furniture pieces along with valuable antiques, chests, paintings and framed engravings collected through the years.
The entrance, which is on the main floor, opens to a large living room facing a private garden terrace on one side and a spacious kitchen on the other, a few steps away, is the first bedroom with a single bed and a full bathroom. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom (25 m2) with a French double bed (1m40) equipped with a television, telephone, a full bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet as well as a washer and separate dryer machine. Located on the same floor, there is a 3rd bedroom (14 m2) with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a dressing room and a full bathroom. The basement is designed as a studio with a fourth bedroom (18 sqm2) which has twin beds and a pull-out bed, along with a den equipped with desk and sofa bed, 1 computer with fast internet access, a telephone and television.
