Pine Lodge is conveniently located inn the peaceful surroundings of the beautiful Constantia Valley. Half of a 2-family home, it has it's own entrance and small shady garden.
Modern, secure and fully equipped, it is suitable for casual stays of 3 days or more, as well as for longer periods of several months (ideal for families who are between homes or re-locating to Cape Town.
The very big MAIN bedroom with walk-in cupboard/dressingroom and FULL EN SUITE BATHROOM, can accommodate 2 - 4 people viz: 1 Kingsize bed OR 2 singles, plus bunk beds OR a 3rd single bed.
The smaller room offers 1 Kingsize bed OR 2 Singles OR 1 single Plus bunk beds, has plenty of cupboard space AND a FULL EN SUITE BATHROOM.
All bed linen and bath, hand & kitchen toels are supplied; guests bring their own beach towels. There is a hairdrier and both bedrooms have ceiling fans, heaters,clock radios and mini safes.
Bathrooms & kitchen are cleaned on Tuesdays & Fidays, at which time fresh towels are aailable. Clean bed linen is supplied eery 6 - 8 days depending on length of stay.
The SEPARATE KITCHEN has Microwave, 4-plate stove, double-door fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and everything else you would expect to find, including a fire extinguisher.
The spacious (7.5m x 4m) LIVINGROOM has a plush sofa, attractive cane easy chairs, 6-seater dining suite and large colour TV with satelite. French doors open on to patio and own shady garden with barbeque and lots of outdoor lighting.
The shared POOL is safely fenced and visitors have free access at ALL times. SECURE nighttime PARKING is available.
