I am offering weeks for rent at the beautiful Villa del Palmar Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I own one and manage several other contracts for another owners.
This unit is a Studio unit.
Located on El Medano Beach just 1.5 miles from downtown Cabo San Lucas, you will have spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez, the always-gorgeous sunrises and overlooks the famed Cabo "El Arco" the landmark stone arch formation at 'lands end' the tip of the Baja peninsula.
WHAT: Studio (sleeps 2 max.)
PRICE: $800.00/WK USD (or best offer)

CHECK-IN: ANY DAY OF WEEK
I can reserve as far as one year in advance, but this resort usually books up 6-8 weeks in advance of today's date, so inquire early.
Questions gladly answered. A 50% deposit is due to secure your reservation, with balance due upon confirmation. Money Order, Cashier's Check, wire transfer, EFT. No PayPal please. References from other satisfied customers upon request.

A CAR OR TAXI ARE NOT NECCESSARY, as you are just a 10-15 minute walk from the center of town. Two or three minute walk to the beach. Two or three collectivo bus routes stop right at the Resort, and take you to downtown for 6 pesos. (about .50)
