Our villa is fully interior designed, with luxurious decor, and we provide linen and towels. Our home combines comfort, luxury, privacy, and value for money. Our friendly management team is located just five minutes away on Highway 27, offering help, advice, and "after hours" key collection. The accommodation consists of family room, fully-fitted kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, laundry room, four bedrooms, master bedroom en suite, two and a half bathrooms, and garage/Games Room. A sleeper sofa is in the living room providing bedding for two and therefore this house can sleep up to ten guests with room to spare. Cable Television in Family Room and all four bedrooms. Telephone and High Speed Internet Access provided.

Golf Information
The beautiful location of Highlands Reserve with its par 72 championship course designed by Michael Dasher overlooks a wooded conservation area and nature reserve. The 18 hole golf course offers a challenging game to golfers of all levels, there are elevation changes in excess of 120 feet as it winds through citrus groves and pine trees.
It provides highly enjoyable golf in one of Florida's most picturesque settings and is close to bars, restaurants and a whole host of evening entertainment.
Highlands Reserve Golf Club has a friendly bar serving snacks and cold drinks and a well stocked pro-shop.
In addition there are 8 other splendid golf courses within six miles.
