Property description
"Il Fienile" , part of the B&B Casa Diletta, is a typical tuscan haybarn, now tastefully restored on 2 levels using original materials and maintaining the charm and integrity of the building. It is a lovely, small, rustic house of about 40 mq. completely independent and with its own entry.
Il Fienile is provided of independent central heating and air conditioning in the bedroom.
Outside “Il Fienile“ has a small private garden with a comfortable space under the pergola,
barbeque, shower, outdoor laundry basin and space for parking.
The furnishings are simple, made with painstaking
care in the old Tuscan style, creating a warm, cosy atmosphere.
On the ground level there is a living room with a sofa bed, a small fully-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven and refrigerator. There is also a storage closet.
Upstairs you will find a full bathroom with shower
and the bedroom with air conditioning, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Linens and towels are also supplied.
At the disposition of our guests are Wireless Connection, Shared Laundry-Room and Barbecue Area.

The car parking is on the property.

many tourist sites in less than one hour by car,
bus or train, including:
Firenze (40 Km), Lucca (24 Km),
Pisa (49 Km), Vinci (20 Km), Siena (117 Km),
the beaches of Viareggio
e Forte dei Marmi (40 Km).
Collodi (the home of Pinocchio, 9 Km)
and the Pistoia zoo (15 Km)
for children are also close by.
The famous thermal spas of Montecatini
and the thermal swimming pools in the caves
of Monsummano are nearby.
On the surrounding hills are innumerable
medieval villages, offering visitors an atmosphere
of time gone by, as well as the possibility
of taking healthy walks.
The sports-minded can choose between golf,
tennis, swimming pools, etc.,
all easily accessible from here.
In these area, you will find
the best restaurants and "trattoria",
reasonably priced, where you can enjoy
the delights of Tuscan food and wine.
Within 10 kilometers, is the area of Montecarlo where you can participate in wine tastings and sample the wines and local products of the area. This is where the DOC wines “Colline Lucchesi” and “Montecarlo “ are produced.
Shopping is very easy :
within a few minutes you can reach any shops
including supermarkets for basic daily needs.
In this zone there are two olive-pressing mills where you can buy extra-virgin olive oil of the region.
At only 500 meters there is a nice riding ground /school.
You can have personal aerobic/ tonic training on site
