The apartment is located on the first floor of an old building (the inside of the building has to be repainted but the outside has been done) beside the town hall of Clot. The apartment has a large living room with a sofa, coffee table, tv at one end and table and chairs at the other, there are balcony windows looking onto the street and the walls have their original brick work conserved, giving the place a rustic feel. The owner has furnished the apartment with many wooden, hand painted pieces of furniture imported from Mexico. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, there is a washing machine, oven, hobs and all the kitchen utensils necesary to make your stay comfortable. The bedroom has a double bed with built in storage space. The bathroom as shown in the photo has a bath tub with a jacuzzi and shower.
The apartment is located in the Clot district of the city. From the apartment it´s about a 5 minute walk to the metro of Clot and from here you can catch line 1 to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas or line 2 to Sagrada Familia. The area is a typically residential part of Barcelona, the town hall is next to the apartment as well as a park with a kiddies playground. There´s a large shopping centre about 10 minutes away with a big supermarket as well as all the high street shops. The apartment is ideal for those who want to be in a quieter area but have good access into the city centre and shopping facilities around them.
