Property description
Come and stay in our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 floor villa. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Sleeps 6-9
2 large bedrooms with king size beds and built in wardrobes. 1 twin bedroom with a wardrobe. Plus fold out sofas (1 double, 1 single)
2 bathrooms, both with bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Large lounge/dining room with T.V, DVD player and C.D player (take your own DVD's and C.D's)
Stair gate on the stairs for young children but it can be removed.
Large log fire and portable heating for the winter. Fully equipped Kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven.
Enclosed back garden with BBQ area and front garden with full gates (safe for children)
Private parking Iron, Bed sheets and towels provided.
Sorry no smoking in the villa, but you are welcome to use the ashtrays in the patio area.
There is no phone so please take your mobile or alternatively there are public phones close by.
The house is only approx 1 mile from Sesimbra beach, about 30 mins walk or a 10 min bus trip. There you have lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
