The luxury villa is situated at the Palms Lake Davenport Estate, just 10 minutes from Disneyworld, with beautiful views of Orange Groves and Lake Davenport from the Villas large pool deck and balcony.
Our Vacation Villa offers our Guests 4 bedroom, plus an open den, also used as a 5th Bedroom, with a double sofa bed, 2 .5 Bath, & a Large Private
heated Pool & Jacuzzi.
In the Family room there is comfortable seating arrangement, with Cable TV, VCR, DVD,CD Hifi Players
The kitchen and breakfast room are fitted with all appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker,washer/dryer and there is a separate dining room.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and includes master bedroom with King size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate shower, and patio doors to the pool deck. The second bedroom has
a Double bed, there are two single beds in bedroom 3, and a further two single beds in Bedroom four
A cloak room on the ground floor, and a second bathroom on the first floor The Den or 5th bedroom, has a double sofa bed.
The Villa has four rooms with cable TV and they are in the Family Room, the Master Bedroom,
the Den, & Bedroom 4, & this room also has the playstation TWO, with Games.
