It is on the ground-floor of the building that includes also villa Puccini and villa Vivaldi. The fitting level of this small house is the same of the other 3 villas and it is the optimal lodging for a couple that wants to spend holidays between elegance and peacefulness.
The apartment Rossini has a double bedroom , one bathroom with shower and a big living room with kitchen. Here there are also two chair-beds for 2 people.
The kitchen is equipped with electric household appliances (also dishwasher), in the living room you can use the imposing fireplace that you find together with sat-tv and direct telephone.
Outside guests have at their disposal a reserved garden area furnished with table, chairs, deckchairs and beach umbrella.

Set among the green hills of Tuscan countryside, 1 Km far from the small medieval village of Montaione, is displaced the Fignano Residence. The 3 villas forming this building complex are inside a vast park, well cured and with an unique charm. The fitting level is matchless among the other residences nearby: each fitting has been carefully planned and cured for both architectural structure and interior furniture.
From the season 2004 a new cottage is at our guests' disposal: it is smaller than the other three ones and it is suitable for a couple who wants to spend peaceful holidays.
Every kind of comfort is at our guests' disposal, such as sat-TV, fireplace with firewood, dishwasher in every kitchen, Jacuzzi bathtub; outdoor the relax is assured with solarium and swimming pool, where you can spend moments of perfect peace.
For privacy and security of our guests, the area is fully enclosed, the entrance gate is automatic.
At our guests' disposal there are also season fruit and vegetables growing in the garden area reserved for cultivation.
Those who want to combine relax with other activities surely will be not disappointed; Montaione surroundings offer several choices: it is possible to plan horse riding, MTBike ride, golf playing, wine-and other farm products-tasting. Nearby there are many interesting towns and villages: San Gimignano, San Miniato and Volterra are just few min far by car, Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are reachable in less than 1 h.

in the heart of Tuscany
Montaione is in an ideal place for those wishing to visit Tuscany. From there one can quickly reach Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano.
The town of Montaione itself, with medieval traces and plan, is well worth a visit. Noteworthy are the church of San Regolo, where inside there is the painting Madonna del Buon Consiglio - from 13th Century by a scholar of Cimabue, the Praetorian Palace, which houses the Museum of Natural History and, just outside the town, the chapel of Santissima Annunziata with its remarkable 17th Century fresco.

Numberless towns and villages are easy to visit in the area nearby Montaione: besides famous art cities as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, reachable in about one hour by car, there are in the surroundings medieval towns, such as San Gimignano, Volterra and San Miniato.
