Property description
It is a single house with an area of 90 m2 equipped for 6+2 people. The house, arranged on 2 floors, has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both of them with shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware and electric household appliances: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, cooker with 4 burners, electric coffee-maker, moka. There is a big living-room area with a fireplace perfectly integrated into the architectural structure and a day bed for 2 people (without additional charge).
Inside the house you find TV 22" with digital Sat and telephone (you can call and be called directly).
The cottage has a private outside area furnished with chairs, deckchairs, beach umbrellas and tables for dinner, lunch or simply for your relaxation.
House Brunelleschi is part of the complex "Farm House LA VALLE".
In the hearth of Tuscany, less than 1 km far from the centre of the small medieval village of Montaione, are displaced the holiday cottages of La Valle.
The green meadows, the red terracotta-tiled floors and the colored flowers surround the six houses of this structure.
They date back to the twentieth century and even if the typical Tuscan country style has been maintained (it is appreciated all over the world) in 1989 they have been completely restructured and now they are a very nice place for your holidays.
All the services are offered with cordiality and professionalism; we have been working in this field for 15 years and this is a guarantee for our guests.
For the season 2004 there will be a new restructuring: new bathrooms and pieces of furniture, more modern electric household appliances; obviously everything will match with the typical atmosphere of La Valle and its architectural setting.
Every kind of comfort is at our guests' disposal such as kitchen with kitchenware and electric household appliances, sat-Tv, direct telephone, fireplace with firewood, mosquito nets; outdoor the relax is assured with tennis court, solarium and two swimming-pools where you can spend moments of perfect peace. There are also season fruit and vegetables growing in the garden area reserved for cultivation and a wine cellar for the sale of virgin oil and different wines produced in the farm: red wine (Chianti, I.G.T. Toscano), white one, Vinsanto (dessert wine) Spumante and Grappa (eau-de-vie).
Those who want to combine relax with other activities surely will not be disappointed; Montaione surroundings offer several choices: it is possible to plan horse riding, Mt-Bike ride, golf playing, wine - and other farm products - tasting. Nearby there are many interesting towns and villages: San Gimignano, San Miniato and Volterra are just few minutes far by car, Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca are reachable in less than 1 h.

MONTAIONE
in the heart of Tuscany
Montaione is in an ideal place for those wishing to visit Tuscany. From there one can quickly reach Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano.
The town of Montaione itself, with medieval traces and plan, is well worth a visit. Noteworthy are the church of San Regolo, where inside there is the painting Madonna del Buon Consiglio - from 13th Century by a scholar of Cimabue, the Praetorian Palace, which houses the Museum of Natural History and, just outside the town, the chapel of Santissima Annunziata with its remarkable 17th Century fresco.

Numberless towns and villages are easy to visit in the area nearby Montaione: besides famous art cities as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Lucca, reachable in about one hour by car, there are in the surroundings medieval towns, such as San Gimignano, Volterra and San Miniato.
