Cancellations and Refunds
A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made 30 days or more, prior to arrival. Negotiate with owner for unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits
Deposits 20% rental fee is due at the time of booking to hold a reservation.

Espoir is a 10 minute walk to the main road restaurants and shops. In a 5 minute Drive you arrive at Rodney Bay/ Gros Islet where all the main nightlife and restaurants are, also a lovely 18 hole Golf course.Pamper your self with an in house Massage, by a certified Massage Therapist!
