We carefully chose a rental holiday home that would be a relaxing retreat yet close to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Theme Parks. After viewing and touring many Disney holiday rental homes, we knew from the moment we stepped into this villa, that we had found our second home. Our luxury villa's private pool and spa, and comfortable quality furnishings and excellent location clearly stood out from the other holiday homes we saw. Our home Florida Magical Adventure has many personal and convenient items to increase your comfort and add to the enjoyment of your stay, like our large 60inch TV with cable and surround sound, many children’s games, toys and books, not forgetting our play station 2 to keep both young and old entertained.

Our Rental rates are for the Holiday Home, NOT per person. We offer our Luxury Holiday Home at Reasonable Rates. Our home is located close to ALL of the wonderful attractions in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.

Florida Magical Adventure has been designed with today's holiday maker in mind. With its three master suites this home is ideally suited to the larger family group, or two families sharing. If a location close to Disney is important, Indian Creek must be at the top of the list being only three and half miles from the magic and our home Florida Magical Adventure has been designed to meet the needs of most visitors to the World's Holiday Capital.

OK imagine it, ready for another fun packed day at the parks, the whole family is up and ready to go - all three generations of you. No queues for the four bathrooms, breakfast over and the dishwasher loaded - five minutes after leaving our own front door you’ll be in Disney, beating the queues. Better still you nip home at lunch time for a dip in the pool to cool off - and save a fortune by giving the restaurant lines a miss, and eating at home, before heading back to the park in the afternoon.

Facilities

At Florida Magical Adventure on INDIAN CREEK imagine a room that is 23 feet long by 16 feet wide, imagine that it is open all the way up to the cathedral ceilings, imagine that it opens out onto your very own pool and spa area, we have even catered for very young children by having a splash pool designed at one end of our pool - then you've got the Great Room. Now imagine that it has comfortable furnishings, lamps, a huge media centre with 60" Cable TV / DVD / VCR.

Off the great room are two of the master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both with a King sized beds. Both bedrooms also open onto the pool and spa area.

Now, you need to feed and water the family. Adjacent to the great room is a fully equipped kitchen - with both a breakfast nook with seating for 4, a breakfast bar again with seating for 4 and of course a separate formal dining area seating 6. All utensils are provided plus oven, fridge freezer, dish washer, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker, popcorn maker, juicer, not forgetting the crock pot to enable you to have a meal cooking throughout the day ready for you on your return, a real home from home. In addition, there is a laundry room with full size washer and drier not forgetting the ironing board and iron so there will be no need to bring lots of suitcases of clothes.

Completing the accommodation there is a queen-sized bedroom, with its own adjacent bathroom and there are two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom these bedrooms have been themed with children in mind one having a Mickey Mouse theme and the other with a Winnie The Pooh theme and with keeping with the children’s theme the shared bathroom has been designed with a Fishy theme. ALL bedrooms have cable TV and either a DVD or VRC player.

Outdoors, a covered lanai with outdoor dining area with plenty of poolside furniture for you all to enjoy, we have even thought of the children with there very own small table and chairs. The lanai links the indoors to the pool deck, with heated pool and raised spa which is a great place to relax after a heavy day at the parks and watch Disney’s fireworks without all the pushing and shoving that often goes along with such a great attraction. To enhance your enjoyment of our pool we have also added underwater colored lighting and water jets. The colored lights really add to the relaxing feeling in the evenings and the children love them too. We also have the facilities for a BBQ.

This is a privately owned family home providing all the luxury and facilities we would like to experience in a holiday villa. The villa is managed by local agents who will ensure it is immaculately clean prior to your arrival and who will also be available throughout your stay to answer any queries or sort out any problems you may experience.
