The house is located 45 minutes east of the Charlottetown airport, one hour and a half from the Confederation Bridge, 20 minutes east of the Wood Islands ferry to Nova Scotia.

The area offers many opportunities for cycling, hiking, golfing and organized nature tours. Prince Edward Island's only winery is located 15 minutes away along the coast. Fresh seafood is readily available at local wharves.
