Property description
The buildings in the courtyard of La Pila Farm Estate, in Veneto, owned by the Sartori family for four generations, date back to 1733 and have been renovated into rooms and apartments of different sizes. Raimonda and Alberto and their daughters run a Farm Holiday B&B.
Situated on the banks of the river Adige, in the beautiful, quiet countryside of the Valli Grandi Veronesi, in the centre of the region of Northern Italy offering the most beautiful towns rich in history and art, the Sartori family await you for an unforgettable stay at La Pila. This farming estate dating back to 1733 has now been renovated to offer 5 rooms (2/3 people each) and 5 apartments (4/6 people each) for families wanting to enjoy a holiday in the relaxing atmosphere of a holiday farm, offering sports, art and culture, good food and healthy living.
Large living room with satellite-TV, covered arcade, pergola, garden with temperate swimming-pool (7,5 x 15 metres) and with a whirlpool corner, ping-pong, garden of aromatic herbs, bowls ground, bike rides, free tennis ground nearby.
Lounges with the possibility of banquets and meetings. Large parking.

Rates details: The price for a room, Albicocca, Ciliegia, Fragola, Mela or Pera is 40.00 Euros per person per night. This price includes the buffet self-service breakfast.
We offer a 10% discount on the whole stay for medium-length stays (at least 3 days), and 15% for longer stays (at least 8 days).
Please note that the minimum stay is two days and that we normally accept bookings for short stays (less than one week) only short time in advance (for 2/3/4/5/6 nights stays we accept bookings with no more than, respectively, 2/3/4/5/6 months in advance).
Children up to ten years old sleeping in parents' bedroom pay half rate, while children up to three years old are hosted free (we can provide an infant small bed - 60x120 cm).
We offer a 15,00 Euros Discount per night for children of more than 10 years or adult sleeping in the third bed of the room.
Supplement of 15,00 Euros per night if a double room is used as a single room.
For the Nespola or Pesca apartment, the price is 140.00 Euros per night, independently of the number of occupants (with a maximum 6), plus final cleanings (10,00 Euros per person).
This price does NOT include breakfast and guests in the Nespola and Pesca miniapartments may request a buffet breakfast (5 Euros per person; please book in advance).

Additional information
Ancient country court dated back to 1733, built round a mill for rice.
Farm of 44 hectares, cultivated according to natural methods as orchard (apples, pears, plums and kiwi) and sowed (wheat, mais, soya, potatoes, sugar beets, cabbage, savoy, green beans).
In the old barns we have derived 5 large rooms (2/3 people each), of which two for disabled people, all with two beds (plus sofa bed) with private bathroom, and two mini-flat with two rooms each (one with a king size bed and one with two beds), two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, corner kitchen and TV.
Large living room with satellite-TV, covered arcade, pergola, garden with temperate swimming-pool and with a whirlpool corner, ping-pong, garden of aromatic herbs and bowls ground. Tennis ground free of charge 1 km far away from the Farmhouse. Bike rides.
Lounges with the possibility of organize banquets and meetings. Large parking.

You can find in a ray of 50 Km. the principals cities of arts of northern Italy (Verona, Vicenza, Padova, Rovigo, Ferrara, Mantova) and many other centres of interest as Este, Montagnana, Monselice.
The farm has agreed to respect the Disciplinary of quality Agriturist.
We inform the guest that in the closed rooms of the farm holidays is FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE.
