On the ridge between Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, in an eighteen-century park, the Sartori family built a modern, prestigious Country House for their own family vacations. Now this Villa - up to 10 people - is available to families and groups wanting to spend a holiday in a roomy, comfortable, particularly charming house.
In the same park is a small nineteenth-century Castle - up to 6 people - built in neo-romantic style, fully renovated, facing the Italian-style garden, and an old Farmhouse called Casina Bianca, the “Small White House” - up to 4 people. These are also separately available for short to medium term rentals.
The lovely backdrop for the three buildings is a huge Park measuring almost 10,000 square metres, and across from the Villa there is a beautiful swimming pool used exclusively by the people staying in the 3 houses. It is 6,30 m. large and 12,60 m. long, from 110 to 280 cm. deep, with children's slide and diving-board. Water heating and solarium area.

Rates details: Minimum rental two weeks.
For two weeks rentals, the weekly rate is increased of 20%, for three weeks of 7%.
For the weeks including Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter the price is the same as in the High Season.
Deposit payable when booking equal to 20% of the rent due for the entire rental period (30% when renting less than one month).
Full advance payment of rent to be settled either before the arrival at the House, either, latest, at the arrival by cash.
Security deposit equal to one week

Our village, Gattico, may not have many tourist attractions to offer, but it has all the shops you will require for your day-to-day needs. And as our property is right in the centre of town, you will be able to walk to most of the shops.
The grocer and the butcher are very well-stocked, offering pretty much all you will need in the way of food, and can even deliver your shopping right to your door.
2 cafés, 2 restaurants, 2 pizzerias, a number of non-food shops complete the list.
By spending your holidays in Villa Sartori, you will have the possibility to discover the wonderful landscape of the Maggiore Lake with its Bella, Madre and Fishermen Islands, and the beautiful Orta Lake with its San Giulio island. Moreover, in maximum half an hour by car, you will reach Val d’Ossola and Val Sesia, two wonderful Alpine Valleys around the Rosa Mountain (4.634 m high) with many walk and ski areas.
Near Villa Sartori there is the possibility to play golf in 5 beautiful Golf Clubs: Circolo Golf Bogogno (5 km from Gattico),Golf Club Castel Conturbia (10 km from Gattico), Golf Club des Iles Borromées, Golf Club Alpino und Golf Club Piandisole.
