feel the breeze and smell the salt air from this year round bungalow with a cottagey feel. built in 1947, this 5 room house has many of the original features. much has been done. it is decorated simply and comfortably. the lot is dotted with oak and maple trees, and several apple trees and wild flowers. small deck with adirondack chairs. fully furnished. working kitchen with wainscoting painted in a warming yellow and white, claw foot bathtub with bead board walls in bathroom. one bedroom has a double and the 2nd bedroom features 2 twin beds. a futon in the living room sleeps 2. bedrooms are painted a soft restful grey. rooms include living room, dining room/family room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. large yard. it feels like you have stepped back in time.
