plenty of off street parking for boat trailer and kayaks. very quiet older neighborhood 4/10s mile to penobscot bay/waterfront and downtown. an 8 min. walk. less than a mile to put your boat/trailer in the ocean. Rockland features a wonderful art museum, farnsworth plus many other sites and sounds.
