It is large, spacious and easily accommodates couples or a large family. It's your home away from home, a perfect home base so you can explore the western side of the island. This vacation rental is 10 minutes from Puntas, surf areas, great restaurants and beach shops.

You have the choice of eating inside in the dining room, or outside, on the picnic table in the terraza. You can barbecue, drink piñ¡ £oladas and watch the sunset or if you don't feel like cooking, we have a Swiss chef who works with us and prepares exquisite reasonably priced meals. She'll bring them to the villa or prepare them there. And if you need to get away without the kids, our friends at Moontime can send a babysitter or can watch the kids at their facility.
There are several sun decks with beach chairs, a covered balcony with more beach chairs and a terraza. This villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, cable modem and cable TV, so you can work or simply relax.

We've had families of 4 generations visiting. This beach is nice for children for most of the year. This oceanfront villa sits on a seawall on the Caribbean side of Rincon. This beach is calmer than the Atlantic, and has reefs which keep currents at bay. We own almost a kilometer strip in front of the beach, which was once part of the old train route that circled the island so there's always a sandy beach in front of this villa.
Our beach front villa is often reserved a year in advance, so if you're considering, it's best to reserve the moment you've decided. We're a phone call away.
