Property description
This beautiful villa is set in it's own walled grounds on a 1300m2 plot, the landscaped gardens and swimming pool have been well maintained to a very high standard.
The villa comprises the main entrance which leads into the very roomy salon with feature fireplace, television / DVD and CD player, and two sofas and two chairs which seats 6 people, sofas fold down into beds, from there into a very spacious kitchen / diner which seats 6 people comfortably. Kitchen is fully fitted with beautifully cream colored cupboards and comes with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, all crockery and utensils also supplied.
Ground floor bedroom with single bed, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, has patio doors, which onto the terrace, next to this bedroom is a bathroom. Going up to the first floor via the marble stairs this leads onto a gallery walkway, which overlooks the salon, which also leads to the two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, both fitted with Mediterranean style furnishings and both have French style balconies.
From the salon there are patio doors, which lead onto the large terrace with some of the most stunning views, where you can eat alfresco style if you wish, there are patio doors that lead from the dinning area to the terrace, and another set of patio doors, which lead out onto the private pool area, and sunbathing area.

Drive down through the mountains into the bustling town of Fethiye, which is about 20 minutes and take a walk along the harbour. Fethiye has lots of shops, restaurants, bars, fish market and the biggest market in the area, which is held on a Tuesday. Calis is another nearby resort, which has a beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a bit of excitement then Hisaronu is the place, with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, karaoke bars and of course shops, also just another short drive away is Olu Deniz with it’s famous Blue Lagoon and it’s crystal clear waters, this also has a lively night life.
