Property description
PROTEA PLACE at Broulee is in a quiet street. There are a couple of mature Protea trees in front to guarantee privacy.
The house is double brick with slate floor in the dining/lounge area and carpet in the 3 large bedrooms.
Bedrooms. It has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with 2 single bed double bunks.
There is a cot/playpen, changetable/bath, pram/stroller and a rocker for the baby.
Protea Place can sleep 4 adults with children.
Loung/Dining etc. It has a large open plan lounge, Kitchen & Dining area (with a high chair for the baby), large shower, toilet and laundry with washing machine, clothes drier and iron and ironing board.
At the rear of the house is a full width verandah, with a BBQ and outside dining setting for six. (and a second high chair for the baby) There is a large, fully enclosed backyard.
The Beaches
It is about 10 minutes casual walk to Broulee Beach and the Surf Club at Bengello Beach.
Broulee Beach is a well sheltered beach ideal for the kids to paddle. The northern end at Candlagan Creek is well set up for little kids to enjoy themselves.
Dogs are not permitted at the northern end of the beach,
only on leash at the southern end .
Bengello Beach has a more robust surf and has a Surf Club.
This area is patrolled in holiday times.
Dogs are not permitted at this northern end of the beach. They are allowed away from the town limits (about 300metres south) and may run off leash.

Rates details: Off-Peak is $90 per night (min 2 nights)
Mid week (Mon to Thurs nights)
3 nights for $255 / 4 nights $320
Peak is $1295 per week Sunday to Sunday (Xmas and January).
Additional information
Dogs are permitted at the house (conditional on poo and hair cleanup).
Dogs are permitted on leash at the southern end of Broulee Beach.
Dogs are permitted off leash outside of the town limits on Bengello Beach. ( You must walk or drive south on Grant St to avoid the Surf Club area. Follow the old Moruya road parallel with the beach)
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
