Property description
The Beach House is a wonderful home situated on the sandy shores of Lake Erie. It's 90 minutes from Toronto, Ontario and 35 from the Peace Bridge, USA. Recently rennovated the house is perfect for family gathrings, youth retreats, or a getaway destination. The home has six (6) bedrooms, dinning room, living room, kitchen, and two (2) full bathrooms. The bedrooms contain four (4) double beds, one queen bed, and one twin bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa and plenty of room for air matresses for additional guests additional guests. Inside you'll enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors and the natural light that surrounds this home.
The Beach House has a spacious yard can accommodate a camper and boat trailers. There is a private sandy beach & a rocky shoreline that has mooring possibilities for the boat enthusiast. There is propane barbeque grill and a outdoor fireplace that's great for bonfires and outdoor cooking.
The Beach House offers quiet enjoyment with the opportunity for swimming, snorkling, canoeing, boating, fishing, ship watching, and building sand castles, all within the steps of the house. It is located in a wonderful safe residential neighborhood with a private sandy beach.
The Beach House is available for weekend, holiday, or weekly rentals. The nearby town of Port Colborne offers restaurants on the canal, shopping, antique shops, and art galleries. There is a marina 5 minutes away from the Beach House that has boat rentals and a public boat ramp. Local golf courses, a public park, walking and biking trails along the canal, and a community beach are all nearby.
The rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, utensils, dishes, glasses, toaster, pots & pans. There is laundry and storage facilities witin the house. Television with antenna reception, DVD player and a radio. There are a dozen Adirondack lounge chairs for the yard and beach. The outdoor fireplace is a great place to enjoy a bonfire, kick back and enjoy a cold drink. Don't worry; wood is included as an amentity as well as grills for cooking over the fire.
Linens are available by request for an additional charge of $15/person.
There ae no black flies in this neighborhood. :)
No pets allowed, and smoking is permitted outside only.

Payment Method
Certified Check, Personal check, or Money Order.
Reservation Deposit / Security Deposit of $300 is required. US dollars or CA dollars are accepted for deposit only and are due at the same time a signed rental agreement is submitted reserving the desired vacation dates.
The rental fee is due 60 days prior to the vacation week/weekend.
