Enjoy incredible sunsets. Your view overlooks tall palm trees, playground, and adjacent Wildlife Sanctuary. This Tower Unit is spacious: 2bedroom, 2bath; sleeps 6 in beds (8 w/airbed); furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind.
The condominium is porcelain tiled throughout and has all the comforts of home with many of the amenities of more expensive resorts. Full Kitchen w/Bar, Dining Table, Living Room with Balcony.
Master Bedroom offers New King-Size Teak Bed & Memory Foam Mattress private Master Bath. Second Bedroom has New Queen Teak Bed & Memory Foam Mattress & two Twin beds (Daybed/trundle) semi-private full bath, private entrance.
Fully stocked Kitchen: cookware, small appliances, RO H2O filter w/ connected Icemaker; Countertop Grill; Coffee Maker; Blender; ToasterOven; CrockPot; food processor & mini chopper, Microwave; Dishwasher. You won't run out of clean dishes, glasses and utensils!
Private full Washer & Dryer at entrance to condo. Stocked with plenty of extras: adequate "plus" linens & towels; hair dryer; Ironing Board & Iron; a few toiletries, first-aid items available. If you've forgotten anything, whatever you find, you're welcome to use; books, board games, and playing cards, even a few CDs and movies video & DVD including Disney Classics for the kids; small toys. It's almost like having your own vacation home in the Keys, without the expense!
The Tower building is situated near both beaches, marina, tennis courts, playground, lagune and the pool is at the other end of the lagune. The NEW FABULOUS POOL overlooking Marina is exclusively for the Tower - Opened March 2007 SPLASH & ENJOY!
Wheelchair accessible. Provided: beach chairs, children's beach toys, noodles, coolers, etc. for use at one of our beaches or other outings locally. Other items which may be useful: slide-in shower bench, walker, crib, playpen, high chair, stroller (please make your needs known).
Kawama Yacht Club, set back from the traffic and noise of US1 (the main drag), is nestled along the oceanfront affording a truly tropical and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the numerous amenities. Perfect for your great KEYS VACATION GETAWAY.

Condo available as One-Bedroom Suite, for 2 guests. ONLY available within 2 wks of stay at a reduced rate (2nd bedroom/bath locked off). NOTE: If a special rate is already advertised, NO additional reduction.
Last Minute Rental MIN 4nights available under SPECIAL circumstances. NOTE: ASK FOR A QUOTE - Rates are NOT prorated daily. (Excluded: Holidays)
Every effort is made to quote the proper prices, however, errors can happen. You will be notified immediately if a misquote is discovered (High or Low). Once payment is received, there will is NO increase. If you find a discrepancy at any time, please advise, if I have made a mistake I will correct it.
OPTIONS EXCLUDE: Holidays/Special Events. All last minute rentals must be paid in full by Western Union or Wire transfers (plus bank fee $30/transfer). Advance bookings for Holidays are MIN full week rate. Xmas and NY weeks are rented separately. If you'd like to include both holiday periods Rate is small reduction if less than 2 weeks.
I handle all rentals on a 1st confirmed basis w/payment - plan ahead for desired dates.
If you need another condo; Boat Slip; or mine is not available for the dates you require, I may be able to help with arrangements w/ other owners (Note: I'm not an agent this is only an accommodation I've handled in the past).

A Credit Card authorization must be signed, w/clear copy of your Driver's License and credit card used. Credit Cards not accepted on last minute rentals. You may guarantee and hold your reservation with a credit card only until your payment is received (up to 1 week) at which time the charge authorization will be processed if payment is not received.
