Create your paradise vacation at Key Largo's lush landscaped Landings of Largo, conveniently located Bay Side at mile marker 98. Key Largo is the first island of the Florida Keys.
This unit offers two comfortable bedrooms that sleeps four (can accommodate up to seven on request using futon queen sleeper sofa and (single futon sleeper chair-small person or child) and is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. The condominium is tiled throughout and has all the comforts of home with many amenities plus found at more expensive resorts.
Full kitchen with bar, dining table, living room with a patio opening out to the expanse of partial shaded yard, chickee's around the heated pool in the back yard. Also a cookout area and table under a chickee. Swim in the bay - ladder access from the end of the marina dock (no beach). Relax in the shade or bask in the sun. Enjoy incredible sunsets from the Bayside Dock. New 2007 - We now have a small fitness room- located at the entrance to the large pool area.
The Master bedroom offers a very comfy King-Size Bed with full bath. The Second bedroom has Queen-Size Bed (also comfy) with semi-private bathroom with Shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and small appliances, including: Reverse Osmosis Water Filter, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Gas BBQ on the patio.
This unit is stocked with plenty of extras: bed linens and towels; hair dryer; Ironing Board and Iron; even a few toiletries and first-aid items are available if you've forgotten anything-check and see if it's here first. Private laundry. It's almost like having your own vacation home in the Keys, without the expense! Also provided: a few children's pool toys - noodles, coolers, for outings locally. We now have a small fitness room!
Landings of Largo is just off the Ocean Highway nestled along the bayfront affording a tropical, relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the numerous amenities. All you need to have a great KEYS VACATION GETAWAY.

* This unit can be made available (last minute rentals ONLY) as a Full One-Bedroom Suite, for two Guests ONLY, at a reduced rate (one bedroom and bath is locked off).
* Available for short/long rentals. Contact me for details & special rate quotes.
* Need only one bedroom...elect to share with the owner who lives in Miami and occasionally comes down. This option is ONLY available Off Season or Last minute in season and NON Holiday Periods. Specify King or Queen Bedroom when requesting a quote.
NOTE**: Rental Options are available for last minute reservations ONLY; May Exclude: Peak Season/Holidays/Special Events. Total Due paid by Western Union, USPS Money Order & OverNight Delivery. Wire transfers (additional fee $30/transfer). No additional rate reduction on Options in combination with Special Rates advertised.
