Property description
Located in a quiet area conveniently located close to all that is Santa Fe. The large main house has two bedrooms and two baths, boasting 1,500 sq. Ft, giving everyone the space they need. Plenty of available light streams through the French doors and windows. Walk through the adobe walls and into a beautiful private patio adorned with flowers and an old time swing hanging from the main porch. Enter into a beautifully decorated living room. A small yet fully functional kitchen allows you to cook those homemade meals or perhaps a New Mexican recipe you just picked up. The two bedrooms are spacious with one of them being a sunken bedroom with fireplace ,king size bed and gorgeous headboard with enormous walk in closet. Extra guests can sleep on the comfy sleeper sofa in the living room.
Right behind the main house is a 500 sq. Ft. studio with shower and all the necessary amenities. With a Queen wrought-iron bed and day bed with pop up sofa sleeping, up to four fit comfortably. After a long day of shopping and museum hopping, slide into the hot tub right outside your door and just let the stress flow away. Private off road parking makes it easy to get to the plaza or Canyon Road. If you decide to walk, take the 15 minute stroll to the historic Santa Fe Plaza.
