Finca al-manzil is a farm on the slopes of the stunning Sierra de Montanchez, Extremadura. In a world of its own, very private and peaceful. There are two houses on the farm, the main house, cortijo for 6 and the barn for 2. Both houses are set in their own grounds and completely seperate and private with beautiful views across the surrounding countryside, woodland and olive groves.
Carefully decorated and comfortable both houses are spacious with plenty of outside areas for relaxation.The swimming pool is in a great position among the rocks of the sierra with lovely views.

The finca is very fortunately positioned within 40kms of 3 world heritage towns,Caceres,Trujillo and Merida crammed with history from pre-Roman times,visigoth,moorish,conquistador
and into modern times with great shopping and entertainment,lots of cultural activities. From the finca you can hire bikes, horse ride and explore the many wonderful walks into the mountain including the walk up to Montanchez and its famous moorish castle. Bird watching is a particular delight in this part of Extremadura.
