This apartment it situated in the historical centre of the quiet village of Ravello, right below the historical Villa Rufolo, the villa which has a wide and splendid view of the sea and wonderful gardens where every summer the International Music Festival of Ravello is held.
The accommodation features a nice balcony and a huge terrace , both facing the sun and the sea and enjoying the most amazing view of the coastline and the surrounding villages that are scattered along the hills and valleys which have beautifully tended gardens and terraced fields., the most photographed view in the Amalfi coast.
The balcony, which stretches along the front of the apartment, can be entered both from the living room and from the bedroom. The terrace, at one side of the house, is equipped with sun loungers, large dining table with chairs shaded by a sun umbrella and a barbecue.
The location is excellent - quiet and peaceful yet in the town. Within 5 minutes walk of the property is the main square of Ravello with all the necessary shops and services which will make your stay especially comfortable, including a pharmacy, post office, newsagent, grocery, wine and cheese shops, cafes and restaurants.
A little further from the main square ( 50 meters) is the Sita bus stop to catch the buses that connect Ravello to Amalfi and the other towns along the Amalfi Coast. At the docks in Amalfi, ferries will depart for Capri, Positano , Sorrento and Naples
Although the furnishing is simple , the apartment is nicely appointed, comfortable and very well kept.
Accommodation: ( 50 m2 indoor and 20 m2 of outdoor area)
Entrance is into a living-room furnished with a table and chairs, a divan bed, and TV ( Italian channels only) with CD player. It has a patio door which leads to the terrace and French doors opening onto the balcony.
The small kitchen, separate, is at the far end of the living-room. It is equipped with a four-burner stove with oven , a fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and a microwave oven .
The terrace can be entered from the kitchen, as well.
From the living- room you can reach the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom is roomy and bright. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed , a TV ( Italian channels only) with DVD player, and French doors opening onto the balcony .
The bathroom is newly renovated. It is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, and a washing machine.

Amalfi and the beaches are just a bus-ride away (20 min.). The blue SITA buses stop is a little further from the main square ( 50 meters)
Amalfi 7 Km, Minori 8 Km, Positano 24 Km , Salerno 29 Km, Sorrento 39 Km.
From Amalfi, boats and hydrofoils ply between Positano, Sorrento, Capri and Salerno. The services to Napoli and Ischia operate only during the spinning Summer season.
