It has its own totally separate entrance so in no way interferes with the occupants' privacy of the two other houses on the property. Rented together with one or both of her sister villas it provides elegant and most spacious accommodation for larger parties.
The house has been immaculately restored and elegantly furnished with antiques, quality pieces, prints, ceramic and paintings. At the same time, it is very well equipped with all modern facilities.
Situated high up in town, naturally there are steps to climb ( approx. 130.) but for those seeking space, privacy, comfort and above all an individual holiday home, the climb is worth .
Parking may be tricky here but there is no need for a vehicle as restaurants, bars, boutiques and all immediate necessities are close at hand and a short walk or bus ride downhill leads to the two beaches.
However, for guests with a car , parking can be arranged in a nearby private car park costing approximately Euros 20 per day payable locally.
Accommodation: From the terrace with lemon trees, ideal for al fresco dining over looking Positano, entrance is into an airy and spacious sitting room with light streaming in from the large picture window, fireplace and dining corner.
Along a corridor is one double bedded room with en-suite bathroom with tub and one twin bedded room with an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have been decorated and furnished in the same elegant style.
All rooms lead out to the spacious, paved terrace equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.
