Distances: The enchanting and busy village of Positano ( all facilities) ,famed for its excellent seafood restaurants, fascinating boutiques , shops and lively bars , is a short drive away ( 2,5 km) . During the high season ( June- September ) a shuttle bus runs every 1,5 hours to Positano town center.
Sorrento (further facilities, hospital, train to Naples) 22 km, Amalfi 15 km, Ravello 25 km, Pompei 55 Km.
There is a convenient bus stop marked SITA to Amalfi ( 40 min ) , Sorrento ( 45 mins ) and Positano town centre on the main road; to the right of the main beach in Positano during high summer ferries and hydrofoils ply daily between Positano and Capri ( 50 min ), Ischia ( 75 min ), Naples ( 50 min ), Amalfi ( 30 min ) and Salerno ( ½ h ) and in other months the ferries run from nearby Sorrento.
