Location & Area
Ocean View Villa is located on the North East coast of Zanzibar, near the village of Pawani Mchangani. This part of the coast is famous for its expansive beaches and powdery sands and is relatively less populated and undeveloped than the Southern part of the East Coast. The coast before the village is sprinkled with gorgeous and luxurious hotels: Mapenzi Hotel, Ocean Paradise, Neptune, etc., where you can find entertainment from disco dancing to Masai show performances; restaurants and bars.
Bedrooms
The 3 bedroom villa consists of a master bedroom with private bathroom, all tiled, glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom has a king-size Swahili bed, French doors opening to a veranda overlooking the ocean. The 2 guest rooms (standard-size bedrooms) each have a queen-size Swahili bed and a beautiful garden view of frangipani flowers, papaya and coconut trees. The two guest rooms have a private sitting room and a shared bathroom consisting of modern tiled glassed enclosed shower.
Main living area
The living room is a fantasy in motion, great expance looking up into the magnificent makuti roof. The artistry of the sofa and lounge chairs made by a famous artist/carpenter is one of a kind; French doors/windows overlooking the garden and the ocean. The living room flows into the dinning room, the bar, and the kitchen, all in one open space separated by exotic Arabian arches. A beautiful water fountain in the hall.
Modern kitchen with beautiful tiled counters, refrigerator and stove. The spacious dinning room is all windows, overlooking lush bougainvillea and the ocean.
All rooms have ceiling fans and natural air conditioner (ocean/land breezes flow through mosquito screened lattice openings above all windows).
Outdoor
Three verandas: one ocean, two gardens.
Beautiful outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a swim.
Lounging beds on the front veranda, in the garden & on the beach placed under thatched umbrellas for relaxing under the shade.

Taxi rate is between TS 40,000-45,000.
Tell the taxi driver to take you to Pawani Mchangani village via Kiwengwa road.
