Martino church and Bellomo Museum are just round the corner, the Apollum Templum and the open air market are 10 minutes away by foot, the solarium and the sea are at the end of the street and all around you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, pizzerie and many bars where you can appreciate the best "granita" in Sicily!

Additional information
All our apartments are modern and tastefully decorated with contemporary living and dining areas, comfortable bedrooms and relaxing bathrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped and include fridge/freezer unit, cooker and microwave oven.
All the apartments have an iron and an ironing board.
All the apartments include satellite TV, air conditioning, radio/CD player, bed linen and towels. Laundry facilities are available for our guests.
Most of our apartments have a spacious balcony or a terrace where you can have breakfast or relax yourself looking a piece of sea.
There is no breakfast room, but our guests can enjoy a "like at home" breakfast in their spacious apartments thanks to the fully equipped kitchens.
For lunch and dinner many choices, from the romantic restaurant on the sea to the typical "trattoria" where you will taste Sicilian specialities.
If you wish to cook for yourselves in your kitchen you can also take advantage of Ortigia's famous fish, vegetable and fruit market.
We offer you three different apartment types all suitable for a maximum of 5 adults and all equally equipped to the highest standards:

40/50 sq.m one bedroom apartments
50/60 sq.m two bedroom apartments
Suitable for both families and business travellers, the studio apartment can sleep two in the double bed and two on the sofa bed, the one bedroom apartment can sleep two in its double bedroom and two on the sofa bed supplied in the kitchen/living room. The two bedroom apartment can sleep two in its double bedroom and two in its twin bedroom.
In all the apartments a comfortable folding bed enough for one is available for an additional person.
