All the facilities of our B & B, the luxury always discreet and elegant get well together with the exceptional position: just few meters away of the seaside as well as the main tourist centre points in Naples, example: Plebiscito Square 10m away by feet; you can also take your time walking along the main shopping areas.
In fact our B & B Naples Riviera281 is situated between the seafront and the elegant “via dei Mille”, “ via del Corso” which together with “via Chiaia” separate our residence of the famous square of Naples, Piazza dei Martiri.
In the range of few meters there are theatres ( San Carlo), night pubs, restaurants, indoor and outdoor coffee houses, shops and retail stores. Our neighbour is Marinella, one of the most well known hand made haute couture shops and on the right side there is Villa Comunale, projected by Guglielmo Bechi.
In case you prefer the seaside, just cross the street and you will get yourself on the most photogenic glimpse of the gulf of Naples: castle Ovo rises up from the sea with Vesuvio as background, the peninsula Sorrentina and Capri.

“Riviera281” is located in Palazzo San Teodoro on Riviera di Chiaia, the residential area bordering the Naples’ attractive seaside.
The palace was designed in the early 19th century by Gugliemo Bechi, the famous Tuscan architect who also designed the Real Villa for the Bourbon Royal Family. “Riviera281” has a magnificent view over the gardens of the Real Villa.
Within five minutes walk from the apartment, you’ll find famous cultural sights such as Royal Palace, Castel dell'Ovo, Castel nuovo- Maschio Angioino, Villa Pignatelli, PAN Modern Art Museum and San Carlo Theater.
Using public bus, you’ll get easily to the Archaeological Museum, the “Madre” Modern Art Museum , lots of churches and historical palaces .
