An historic colonial home, overlooking the Harbor, built in 1883. Our Inn is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Southwest Harbor, Maine. We have ample off street parking for our guests. Relax on the front porch & enjoy our lovely flower gardens. Our inn is located opposite the upper town dock & we are a stop on the L.L. Bean Island Explorer Shuttle route! We're just a 5 minute walk into town where unique restaurants & shops await! Moments from Acadia National Park & minutes from Bar Harbor!

Rates details: our rates are based on double occupancy. $30.00 charge for extra person in room. reservations of 1 night are non refundable. Deposit is equal to one night's stay or 50% of total stay, whichever is greater.
Deposit is refundable provided we receive your cancellation more than 14 days out from date of stay. A $35.00 cancellation fee will be assessed. If received less than 14 days, deposit will not be refundable.
We prefer cash, personal checks & travelers checks. We also honor Mastercard & Visa.
