Property description
This is an unusual and rare property; a small private house set in a tropical garden fronting directly on the Intracoastal Waterway....with its own DOCK. It was built in the 1940's as a fisherman's retreat and is located in a casual, Atlantic coastal village.
Last year, we completely rebuilt the cottage, but we didn't try to change its "Key West style" character--the new roof is tin covered, the floors are original native pine. A large covered deck faces the water.
