Whether traveling for business or pleasure, from across the ocean or just another part of town, guests at Salisbury House are sure to get a true taste of Pacific Northwest hospitality.
Breakfast is served in the sunny dining room of this large, airy inn. The public rooms have maple floors and fireplaces. Upstairs are four guest rooms all individually decorated, with crisp white linens and comfy queen size beds and private baths. A large suite on the lower level has a private entrance with a sitting room and fireplace, refrigerator and large bath with a large whirlpool tub and tiled shower.
Opened in 1985 and renovated this fine old mansion keeps its charm while adding modern comforts. The inn is on a tree lined street in the beautiful Capitol Hill neighborhood within walking distance to shops, restaurants and Volunteer Park, home to the Seattle Asian Art Museum. Guests take advantage of Seattle’s excellent public transportation and hop a bus a block away to get to the University of Washington or to explore downtown Seattle’s Pike Place Market, piers and Aquarium, historic district and other attractions.
