Situated on 3/4 of an acre, the apartment has a current 4 star RACV Rating, and comprises downstairs accommodation of a two bedroom suite, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with 2 singles. The apartment is fully self contained with its own cooking facilities, which include a 4 burner upright electric stove, microwave, frypan, two club lounges and a fold out sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people, TV, Video and stereo. The apartment has a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, its own bathroom and toilet facilities. There is also an outdoor patio area and a 4 burner BBQ with great views of the bay and over to Mount Martha.

There is a shared laundry consisting of a fully automatic washing machine, trough, an iron and ironing board, and plenty of outdoor line space.

Young children are also catered for with a cot and highchair supplied, if required.

Dogs are catered for by mutual arrangement as we have an enclosed dog run and shelter, so no need to pay for expensive dog kennel boarding fees.

There is ample off-street parking including ample space for a boat.

Next summer’s rates are $1090 per week. Competitive off seasons rates also available on application.

The property is located at 15 Manna Street Dromana on the lower reaches of Arthur's Seat, but still in comfortable walking distance to the beach.
