BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1) BOOKING: minimum stay 2 nights
a) Booking 20 days, or less, from arrival date :
- At reservation’s confirm, the entire lease amount of the stay has to be paid. The Client also has to give his written authorization to charge his credit card for extras (telephone usage and other services not included) and/or damages to the structure or furnishings.
b) Booking prior to 20 days before arrival date:
- Payment equal to 20% of the lease amount of the stay is due when booking and is not refundable.
- 20 days before arrival date the Client has to confirm the booking and pay the remaining of the total amount due for the stay. The Client ha to give his written authorization to charge his credit card for extras not included in the price and/or damages to the structure or furnishings.
c) For corporate rates (weekly and monthly, NOT applicable during the Milano Fiera Exhibitions) we ask for the anticipated payment of the stay. Weekly rates can be used until the 30th of june 2004. Reimbursement is not allowed in case of partial use.
2) CANCELLATION
a) Prior to 20 days from arrival date, the 20% of the entire amount due will be charged as penalty and reservation will be cancelled.
b) 19 days or less from arrival date, the entire amount for the stay will be charged as penalty and reservation will be cancelled.
c) In case of no show (Client does not show up) at check-in or anticipates the departure date, the Client looses the reservation of the Suite and the total amount due for the stay will be forfeited as penalty.
3) PAYMENTS
All payments can be made with c/card Am Ex, Visa, Master Card and Diners, or bank to bank money transfer with communication of the CRO number (when the transaction has been carried out) to : Manda srl
