Charming, private semidetached villa located on a hill facing the sea. The gate entrance is shared with the other part of the villa, remaining totally independent . The access to the swimming pool area is through stairs built in stones. The villa is built in two levels . In the first level from the panoramic veranda overlooking the sea, the bay of Torre delle Stelle and the swimming pool you enter the living area. In the same level there is a separate kitchen and one bedroom suitable for baby sitter or for eventual house maid with a vasistas window. There is also a shower bathroom.
From the living area there is a wood stairway leading to the second floor . In the second floor there are one double bedroom with bathroom en-suite( sitting bath tube) with a panoramic terrace facing the pool and the sea; two twin bedrooms (joinable) and another double bedroom with view on the sea. One shower bathroom.
The villa is equipped of a washing machine, outside shower and barbecue, lawn garden..
Unit without television equipment.
Possibility to accept two extra persons under charge and on request in the fifth room

Rates details: 01. PAYMENT: down payment of 25% upon confirmation of booking, the remainder is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival (unless otherwise agreed).
02. Water and gas bills included. Electricity expenses included for standard use (2 kwt a head per day). Each additional kilowatt is billed at 0.20 Euros.
03. CANCELLATION FEE: 60 days before arrival: 25%; 30 to 60 days before: 50%; less than 30 days before: no refund.
04. DEPOSIT: to be paid on arrival and refunded upon departure after inspection of the house.
05. WEEKLY CONSUMPTION: always due (to be paid on arrival) EURO 250,00 PER WEEK
06. PERSONAL INSURANCE: ON REQUEST. Ask for information.
07. CLEANING: the house is clean when you arrive. Additional cleaning, on request, is billed at 13 Euros per hour.
08. BEDROOM AND BATHROOM LINEN changed weekly. Extra change of linen costs 13 Euros a head; 5 Euros a head for towels only.
09. TAXI to and from the AIRPORT: up to 3 people: 75 Euros; up to 7 people: 95 Euros. Night (from 20:00 to 8:00) 26 Euros extra.
10. PETS are allowed in SOME HOUSES at a cost of 25 Euros per week; conditional on our written authorization.
11. Cot: 25.00 Euros per week
12. High chair: 25.00 Euros per week
13. Catering service on request
14. Welcome pack on request: 30.00 Euros. Water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, fruit juice, bread, marmalade, butter, prosciutto ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, eggs, wine or beer.
15. ARRIVALS on Saturday, preferably between 15:00 and 17:00.
16. ARRIVALS at other times (if authorized in writing): between 17:00 and 22:00, an additional fee of 25 Euros; after 22:00 and on Sundays: an additional fee of 50 Euros (unless otherwise agreed).
17. DEPARTURES: the house must be vacated by 10:00.

Additional information
Torre delle Stelle is a very large residential complex composed mainly of vacation villas and located in the south east of the coast at around 35 km from Cagliari, the Capital of Sardinia. The complex is easily accessed off a main road and through two entrances. Please note that all the roads inside the complex are dirt roads which are watered often during the day because of the dust. Stunning white beaches with an endless view of blue seas and sky. Soaring mountains and small, quaint villages. Sardinia is an idyllic destination for the holiday of a lifetime.
Windsurf across the crystal clear water, snorkel round the rocky headlands, or just swim languidly in the warm waters. Southern Sardinia offers a superb selection of activities including horse riding, tennis, diving, water-skiing and sailing.
