Located by the Auckland High Court and University of Auckland, it is unique in being the only house in the Central Business District that is still a private residence. The owners love to share the house with travellers and Braemar is ideally situated for the tourist as it is within easy walking distance of all of the inner city's amenities. There are four guest rooms which vary from private ensuite to shared facilities, to suit your budget. Breakfast is served downstairs in the dining-room, the middle floor has two lounges for guest use and the bedrooms are located upstairs on the 1st floor.
