At the Sands has low tariffs and the best location for guests. The apartments have kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom, balcony and heated pool in winter.<P>
The attraction is the location. We are 2 minutes from Cavill Avenue and between Cavill Avenue and Elkhorn Avenue on the Esplanade - north of McDonalds corner. In the heart of Surfers Paradise as well as across the Esplanade from the famous Surfers Paradise beach - with flags and lifesavers for swimming. At the Sands is also centrally located between the two largest shopping centres on the Gold Coast, Pacific Fair at Broadbeach and Australia Fair at Southport.<P>

When staying At the Sands, the heated swimming pool is available from 8 am to 8 pm. Walk across the Esplanade to swim in the surf or sunbake on the sandy beach. Walk 2 mins to the shops, restaurants, takeaways or late night shopping as local and Asian supermarkets are open to 9 pm Monday to Friday.<BR><BR>
Local bus services to shopping centres and theme parks. Drives to the hinterland and mountains and Carrara markets Saturday and Sundays. Casino and many quality golf courses for the enthusiasts.
