The village of Sosua, itself is around ten minutes� drive from the international airport of Puerto Plata (POP), on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, and about 25 minutes from the provincial capital of Puerto Plata. The country�s second city Santiago , with another international airport, is under 90 minutes drive away.

- Two bedroomed apartment with ground floor access and large covered terrace.(c.140 square meters). Majestic ocean views along 2 sides of the apartment, giving beautiful panoramas from every room ( except only master bathroom )
- Large master bedroom suite with queen bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Air conditioning , ceiling fan and cable t.v.
- Second bedroom with two single beds , air conditioning and ceiling fan. Built-in wardrobes. A second full bathroom with tub and shower is just outside the door.
- Fully equipped kitchen, with granite-topped wraparound breakfast bar. Large fridge-freezer. Gas oven with four burners. Microwave oven. Toaster. Blender. Water cooler.
- Dining table with 6 elegant dining chairs.
- Large living area looking out over lush tropical vegetation and the ocean to one side, and from the other side with sweeping views over the pool terrace across the ocean to Puerto Plata. Relax on the comfortable three seater sofa, or one of the armchairs in typically island-style wicker. Should you ever tire of enjoying the spectacular views, alternative entertainment can be provided by the cable t.v., dvd player, or small sound system with cd., and cassette facility. Apart from the gentle seabreezes, this room is also cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans.
- Covered terrace with table and rocking chairs .
- The communal ocean side terrace offers a freshwater �pool with a view�, a jacuzzi and a grill station. A parking space is reserved in the rear courtyard.
- Daily maid service and towel change is provided. Bedsheets are changed twice weekly. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for use at the beach or the pool.
- The apartments also offer a generator service in case of power outages, and 24 hour security.
