The owners of this spectacular penthouse apartment have set out to create the finest condo on the north coast. They plan to retire here within a couple of years, and so have looked to furnish everything to the highest available standards with their own longterm comfort in mind.
All rooms have beautiful high ceilings, to increase the sensation of light and space, initially created by the panoramic windows along 2 sides of the main living area. The whole apartment benefits from gentle through-breezes, but the living area and each bedroom also have a ceiling fan, and an individual a/c unit.
* The master bedroom looks directly out to the gardens and the Ocean. Here you can relax in a kingsize bed , and if you ever tire of the view, there is always a flatscreen TV. to fall back on . The dressing room, with built in robes ,leads you to a large bathroom with full tub and separate shower cabinet.
* The second bedroom offers a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with full tub and shower attachment.
* The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Just outside the bedroom door, and leading off the living area, is a third bathroom with full tub and shower attachment.
* The kitchen is separated from the living area by a breakfast bar with stools, and is dominated by a huge stainless steel fridge-freezer. Any type of cooking is possible using the large gas oven with 6 burners. There are also a toaster, blender, and microwave available to fix a quick and tasty snack. All the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware have been carefully selected from the finest available items.
* The main living area is a delightful extravagance of around 700 square feet, with cathedral ceilings , and unbelievable views along two sides. A wet bar in one corner is great for those evening *bleep*tails. One side of the room is dedicated to fine dining with an amazing walnut table and elegantly upholstered seating. After dinner , sink into the deep sofas and watch the flaming summer sunsets, or take advantage of the home entertainment package of bigscreen cable TV., DVD player , or CD sound system.
* The covered terrace leading off the main room through a set of picture windows, is almost like having two extra rooms. One half boasts a second full dining table and chairs, whilst you may never want to leave the hand crafted rattan sofa and armchairs looking out aver Sosua bay.
