Property description
Nestled within one acre of private grounds, St Andrews is conveniently located within the beautiful village of Havelock North. Built in 1923 to plans by renowned architect Tilliard Natusch, the homestead was constructed to standards rarely seen in New Zealand while today an atmosphere of relaxed comfort and charm exudes.
Within the homestead there are numerous areas for relaxation and entertainment. There is the cozy den with comfy leather furniture and large screen TV, elegant formal drawing room and the spacious paneled dining room with 12 seat table setting. Numerous patios and porches allow St. Andrews’ occupants to shelter from or follow the sun while offering individual space and privacy.
Within the grounds guests can enjoy the convenience of their own private swimming pool and Astro tennis court.

Set in beautiful Havelock North, Saint Andrews is a Natusch designed two story house built in 1923 that oozes charm and comfort. The property is located at 58 Iona Road and is just a 15 minute stroll from Havelock North Village.
Our rate is $NZ900 per night exclusive of GST. Winter rate $NZ600 per night.
A two night minimum stay applies. For dates that encompass a Public Holiday a
three night minimum applies.
This rate is for up to six people using the three main bedrooms with ensuites.
We have 3 additional bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms.
For 7 to 12 people our rate is $NZ1,200 per night exclusive of GST. Winter rate $NZ800 per night.
Guest check in is no earlier than 3pm and checkout is 10am. This is to enable
us to service the house for the next guests.
All linen and first morning breakfast provisions are supplied.
Guest facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court and 1 acre of grounds.
Winter rates apply between 1 May - 30 October.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that we are unable to replace a booking, 50% of the total will be charged if a booking is cancelled within 30 days of expected arrival.
To secure a booking we require valid credit card details and a deposit of $1,200 will be charged. This deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled outside 30 days of expected arrival.
