Our sunny & spacious ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Bldg. A is tastefully furnished, comfortable and newly renovated. Bldg A is the sunnier of the two buildings on the property.
Direct access from the patio to the beach, gardens,barbecue area, pool and tropical fountain. Very convenient!
Sleeps up to 4 with queen bed, queen sofabed, and full-size futon. Children can play directly in the garden straight from the lanai or swim in the large pool. Relax by the pool (located oceanside), meditate by the tropical fountain or have meals on the lanai and a picnic on the beach...or venture out to nearby world-class beaches in Kihei, Wailea & Makena.
The Maui Sunset Resort is on five acres of beautifully landscaped oceanfront/beachfront property with flowering trees and local plants. Waipuilani beach at Maui Sunset is the perfect spot to watch the sunset with windsurfers and kitesurfers in the foreground when the winds pick up in the afternoon. From November through April, look for whales breaching in the ocean waters along the beach.
Many swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at many sandy safe beaches in Kihei, nearby Wailea,and Makena as well as surfing and body surfing beaches. The modern Kihei Aquatic Center is a few minutes away and is free to the public. The center boasts an Olympic-size pool, 50 meter pool, and a kid's pool with wading fountain. A short distance away are three championship 18 hole golf courses. Reasonable and also upscale restaurants offering local and four-star cuisine are nearby. The town of Wailea with upscale shopping is just 8 minutes away by car.
