* 3 - 8 foot heated swimming pool with views right from our condo.
* Fully equipped kitchen with every thing you would need to cook a full holiday meal.
* Full sized washer and dryer inside our condo - not a typical coin laundry situation.
* Super comfortable King and Queen beds, plus sleeper sofa.
* Assigned covered parking
* 25 cent trolley in front of our building for those who leave their cars at home.
* 18 hole public golf course 1 mile south of our building
* Restaurants and shopping a short walk across the street.

Rates details: 30 day rental minimum during peak season. 2 week rentals considered during low season if available. Our building has a strict one rental allowed per month policy.
$250 reservation / breakage deposit.
We are unable to rent to renters under the age of 25 without parent or legal guardian.
Please help us keep our condo smelling great with no smoking policy.
