The Cantico della Natura is located in an ideal place in Umbria, a few kilometres from the border with Tuscany, in the heart of extraordinary natural beauty, embellished by the splendours of art and history: Perugia is just 18km away, Assisi is 35km, Gubbio 40km, Montalcino and Montepulciano are 40km, whereas Siena is 75km.
The main farmhouse which hosts the Cantico della Natura, has remained intact for centuries and is entirely made of ancient local stones, the result of the work of patient stonecutters.
Subdivided in two blocks, that go back to two distinct periods, perfectly harmonised in a building in the form of an L. There are two agricultural annexes, reconstructed after the collapse of the same rock, mother of all the forms, sometimes poor, sometimes surprisingly rich.

Rates details: At Cantico della Natura, the welcome is arranged according to different schemes, which are flexible, to give different answers according to the different needs of different periods of the year:
Catering in rooms, suite, or apartments with bed&breakfast, half board and full board.
Renting an entire block for a family or a group, with complete independence or with refreshment services organised in a personal way on the basis of the request by the client (in relation to the time of serving food and the type of food that is served)
Note: we offer a discount of 20% on prices on weekdays (from sunday to thursday)
Excluding weekends and therefore Friday and Saturday nights
Excluding the period between 24 December and 7 January.

Additional information
The Cantico della Natura holds an admirable panoramic position on the top of a hill which dominates a marvellous view of lake Trasimeno.
At dawn and sunset, the rays of the sun rest on the water with scenic and fascinating effect, truly relaxing you. At night, the reflection of the lights on the lake and on the tower of Borgo di S.Savino creates a magical atmosphere. Some rooms and the prestigious suite enjoy this privilege even from within the room, this view which fills the sight and the soul.
Completely isolated after having left the habitat of Montesperello and the nearest farm house for about 1km, the forest has wrapped the trees in its arms; the farmhouse has around 500 olive trees which surround the area and which provide generous amounts of produce at the right time.
At Cantico della Natura, flavour plays an important role in ensuring a stay that satisfies all senses, including taste.
Our cuisine is based on the natural cycles of nature, through the project "Seasonal Cooking", made up thanks to detailed research, which foreshadowed the planning of an annual menu in harmony with the seasons and their products, with the feasts of our tradition and the country life. There is a menu of traditional food for each of the 365 days, an offer which is the heritage and history of our land.
